TERMS OF SERVICE
Ordering
✦ I will contact you once I am ready to start the artwork. Usually I have already given you an approximate time frame as to when it will start.
✦ I will create a rough sketch of the requested commission to serve as a base.
✦ Once all details are discussed and the sketch is approved by you and me, I will send you an invoice. You must confirm payment to me before I proceed with the artwork.Completion time
✦ I usually take 1-2 days to respond to your first commission request.
✦ Depending on the artwork, it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to complete (longer for very large projects)
✦ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be communicated prior to commissioning as I may need to charge a rush fee or reserve the right to not accept a commission if the deadline is too unrealistic for me.
✦ If you have not made me aware of a deadline, you may not send reminders until the extra week's buffer time has passed.
✦ You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
✦ Every time I send a client a WIP, I ask the client to give me feedback.
✦ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.
✦ It is your responsibility to ensure that your order contains the details you want me to follow.
✦ If the customer does not respond, any changes to the final product will incur a charge.Payment:
✦ Payment must be sent either before I start or after I show you the sketch. (Buyer's decision)
✦ I only accept Paypal or Vgen as the type of payment.
✦ Refunds can be given if I have not started yet. After the sketch phase, no refunds are possible
✦ All prices are in Euros. No other currency is accepted.
✦ For larger orders, up to three partial payments can be agreed upon.
✦ After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from me via PayPal. This will list again how the price is made up.Chargebacks
✦ You are NOT authorized to make a chargeback for any reason without prior consultation.
✦ If your PayPal account stops working for any reason or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
✦ If you intentionally make a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project, this will result in an immediate suspension for you and for anyone sharing your PayPal account, including secondary accounts, and will also be barred from future commissions.General:
✦ I may decline commissions if the character you’ve provided is too complex for me to draw, or if for some reason I feel uncomfortable drawing the character or the theme.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I no longer feel comfortable with the subject or the collaboration during the project. If the commission has already been paid, it will be refunded.
✦ Please don't commission me if you're not okay with waiting, but I am always happy to communicate.
✦ Possible deadlines must be communicated in advance.
✦ NSFW is generally not a problem, but needs to be discussed in detail. Please don't be mad at me if I say no to extreme topics because I don't feel comfortable with them.
✦ By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
✦ You hereby agree to the policy of using the art only for personal or non-profit purposes, unless otherwise specified by you. Commercial use must be notified in advance.
✦ You may not claim my work as your own.
